Dr. Thomas J. LaSelle

Dr. Thomas J. LaSelle was born and raised in the Fox Valley in Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. LaSelle has been providing comprehensive dental care to individuals of all ages for more than 30 years. He has obtained extensive post-graduate training in periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics and implantology. Dr. LaSelle recently earned diplomate status as set forth by the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine. He is among the first dentists in the country to achieve this goal. Dr. LaSelle is also a fellow of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain (AACP). He is also a member of the American Dental Association®, the >Wisconsin Dental Association, the Outagamie County Dental Society, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, the Dental Forum of Milwaukee, Inc and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He is proud to be a part of a team that provides the entire spectrum of up-to-date treatment options.

Dr. LaSelle and his wife live in Neenah, Wisconsin. They have three children. He is an avid outdoor sportsman and enjoys tennis, golf, scuba diving and woodworking.

Dr. Thomas Grotenhuis

Dr. Thomas Grotenhuis grew up in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Dr Grotenhuis did his undergraduate studies at University of Wisconsin—Madison. He then graduated from the Creighton University School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Grotenhuis began his practice in Morrisville, Vermont. Dr. Grotenhuis moved to the Fox Valley and joined Forest View Dental SC in late 2000. He is committed to learning the latest in technology and products and received the Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Grotenhuis believes in helping patients through the anxiety they may feel in the dentist’s chair. He is also committed to helping children straighten their teeth and helping adults look their best through Invisalign® or straight wire orthodontics. He will make every effort to ensure your dental health is the best it can possibly be. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and International Association of Orthodontics.

Dr. Grotenhuis enjoys many activities outside of his dental practice, including basketball, triathlons and coaching youth sports. He is also involved with his church. He currently resides in Neenah, Wisconsin, and he and his wife, Joanna, have six children.

Dr. Stacey Madson

Dr. Stacey Madson grew up in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin—Madison and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities. Dr. Madson practiced dentistry in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, prior to relocating to the Fox Valley and joining Forest View Dental SC in June 2009. Dr. Madson enjoys being part of a collaborative team of clinicians in an upbeat environment while discovering all that the Fox Valley has to offer.

Dr. Madson is a member of the American Dental Association®, Wisconsin Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. She believes in the importance of continuing her education in order to provide patients with the most comprehensive, up-to-date care possible. Dr. Madson has received advanced training in endodontics and cosmetic dental procedures. She has a special interest in offering solutions for missing teeth in order to help her patients regain dental function and confidence in their smiles.

In her free time, Dr. Madson enjoys staying in shape via weightlifting, running and cycling and spending time outdoors and with friends and family. Outside of her dental practice, she is an adjunct clinical instructor for both the Marquette University School of Dentistry and Fox Valley Technical College. She stays active in the community through volunteering and was a 2012 recipient of the Appleton Post-Crescent’s prestigious Future 15 award, which recognizes young professionals who demonstrate leadership and excellence in their chosen fields and in the community.

Dr. Keith Foster

Dr. Keith Foster grew up in the Fox Valley in Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from Midwestern University in Illinois. Dr. Foster moved back to the Fox Valley area after finishing his degree and joined Forest View Dental SC in July 2021. He enjoys the variety of opportunities dentistry offers to help patients obtain their best oral health while also assisting patients to overcome dental anxiety.

Dr. Foster is a member of the Army National Guard, serving his country while also serving patients. During his off time, he enjoys spending time with family, cooking, gardening, boating and traveling. He and his fiancée, who is also originally from the Fox Valley, currently live in Neenah, Wisconsin, with their two dogs, Penny and Barkley.
